Stephenie Goddard, CEO of Glidewell

Stephenie Goddard

Recently named Glidewell CEO Stephenie Goddard is an executive leader with multidisciplinary experience in organizational development, business strategy, change management, customer experience and digital transformation. She joined Glidewell in 2006 as vice president of human resources, establishing various programs that have served to augment the company’s relentless expansion. In 2019, she established the Guiding Leaders program to empower women dentists throughout the U.S. in all facets of business and leadership, and the following year she received the Mentor Award from The Lucy Hobbs Project® (Benco Dental Supply Co.; Pittston, Pa.).

LEILA FEJZAGIC

With more than 15 years of human resources experience, Leila Fejzagic is a strategic business partner who develops human capital strategies. As executive vice president of human resources at Glidewell, she oversees all aspects of human resources management. Leila is a member of the prestigious international honor society Beta Gamma Sigma, and she earned an executive MBA from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.

Bobbie Norton

Bobbie Norton started her career in dentistry as an RDA 25 years ago and uses her experience in dental surgery, orthodontics and prosthodontics to facilitate valuable relationships with industry partners at Glidewell. Her role as director of strategic partner relations is built on more than a decade of service at the company, with previous experience as the managing editor of Chairside® magazine and the project manager for clinical affairs. Today, Bobbie works closely with key opinion leaders and company partners to orchestrate essential programs like the annual Glidewell Symposium and Guiding Leaders.

Marjorie joined Glidewell in 2018 as an Instructional Designer for the Learning and Development team. Soon after, she began managing Glidewell’s employee leadership programs — LEAD and Executive Leadership. Marjorie’s passion for learning and organizational growth has guided her career path within the company. In her current position as the Senior Organizational Development Manager in Human Resources, she leads, designs and facilitates critical strategies and programs to drive a high-performing and sustainable workforce.

Carol has a career history in leadership development, communication, team building and change management gained through her experience with Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and non-profits. As the Director of Learning and Development at Glidewell, she oversees the creation and implementation of a variety of educational experiences. Welcoming leaders at all levels, Carol promotes an environment of increased self-awareness, new mindsets and goal achievement.

Britni Aralis

Britni Aralis is a certified practitioner with more than 13 years of experience in education. She specializes in emotional intelligence — including EQ 360 and DISC — leadership, and behavioral assessment tools. Britni has a passion for developing self-aware leaders and building programs that empower individuals and teams to reach their highest performance potential. She has successfully led several leadership programs at Glidewell, developed mentoring programs, and coached leaders to thrive in the ever-evolving corporate landscape.
Erica Cueto Somers

Erica Cueto-Somers

Erica Cueto-Somers manages all aspects of the Guiding Leaders program and is the primary point of contact for participants, alumni and prospective applicants. An experienced event producer, she has consulted with a wide variety of companies to prioritize their attendee engagement. Additionally, she has five years of human resources experience, during which she elevated the employee experience through organizational development within the employee life cycle. Bringing a passion for people, Erica continues to create rewarding events through her involvement in Glidewell programs.
